Fourth piece in my series " It's All In Your Head"

“It’s all in you head,” is a statement many of us have heard in times of difficulty and acute distress, but it generally doesn’t offer comfort or acknowledgement of ones feelings and current reality.

For this series I wanted to change the negative connotations of the statement by capturing the struggles of mental health and pairing them with an affirmation; a hopeful note of empowerment and inner validation.

Sometimes a visual reminder can do a lot to show you that your challenges do not lessen who you are as a person and that all we can do is try our best.

You’re important.
You’re valid.
You’re needed.
